Home Building, Window Service
No adherence to budget or schedule, significant cost overruns, poor management and oversight, poor quality workmanship by several of the major sub-contractors and an unwillingness to accept fault for and repair mistakes. We have gone through arbitration proceedings and two judgements have been favorably awarded on our behalf and filed with the Beaufort County, SC court system in amounts, including interest, over $600,000. Roberts Construction continues to do business on Hilton Head Island yet they refuse to repair the defective construction on our home. Our windows continue to leak and cause damage to the interior of our home. All that we want and asked for is a house that does not leak. Roberts Construction continues to refuse to correct their defective work.
