HANK HIRED US TO DO REPAIR WORK ON HIS RENTAL HOMES. HE WOULD ALWAYS BE LATE WITH PAYMENT. CURRENTLY HE HAS OWED US A LOT OF MONEY FOR OVER TWO YEARS. HE KEEPS SAYING HE FORGOT OR HE MUST NOT HAVE SEEN THE BILL. IT'S BEEN TWO YEARS. HE WONT RETURN OUR CALLS OR EMAILS. SINCE THEN I HAVE FOUND OUT THE MANY OTHER COMPANIES HAVE NEVER BEEN PAID EITHER. OWNERS HAVE INFORMED ME THAT THEY HAVE BEEN BILLED FOR OUR SERVICES BUT HE DOES NOT RELEASE THE MONEY. I HAVE ALSO FOUND OUT THAT AN OWNER PURCHASED A 10 YEAR WARRANTY HOWEVER HE TOLD US THAT THEY DID NOT WANT THE 10 YEAR WARRANTY. HE KEPT THE MONEY.

He collects the rent, we got him by default. We got him when we bought the property. He collects the rent on the 15th, and is supposed to deposit it in our account by the 20th. On many occasions he has had it in by the 28th. We had found him on Angie's List and only found 1 review, I always have to call and check for the rent, and it never seems to be there. I have to call him every single month, he doesn't answer or call back, or respond to emails. I believe that is a little bit late, and if he has a history with the tenant that is in the home he should know whether or not the checks should bounce. It would be nice if he was more responsive to your calls and emails. I wouldn't recommend him at all, we may be exploring for other Agencies.

The property manager is diffiult to get hold of, makes promises  he doe s not  keep. Is very  slow in sending rent.  When checks were lost in the mail he refused to re-issue them in any reasonable time despite assuranes that we woud pay  "stop payment" fees.   He is generally uncooperative and  all this has caused us to try to sell the property rather than go on this way.
We have dealt, over the years, with many othr agentd and have never experienced this type of service.

To sum it up, it was a oustanding and refreshing experience. Very reasonable price for the amount of work done. Hank Center was prompt, professional, and proactive, which so many contractors and so-called professionals lack these days. The crew from RHS did an absolutely oustanding job and the house looked phenomenal when they were done with it. I would do business again with RHS and Hank Center in a heartbeat. He and RHS will be without a doubt the first company I call when I need any Home/Property maintenance performed again. Highly Recommended. Thanks again. Semper Fidelis, Jonathan

An excellent job; all the outside furniture, etc. were moved away from the house; there were no missed spots on the house or the garage; the third story cupolas and the front and back porch landings and stairs, as well as the bricks on the back patio were included. We did not get the worker's name, but he was very professional, and worked quickly and thoroughly. The price asked was so very reasonable ($200.) that we did include a tip. All in all, a superior experience.
