General Remodeling
We hired RCH to remodel 2000 sf including a new kitchen, flooring, electrical, plumbing and painting. RCH painted the entire 2000 sf incorrectly. After we verified by Sherwin Williams not once but twice that RCH did indeed paint incorrectly RCH refused to accept this and walked off the job. We also had to point out to them a dozen mistakes including installing a ceiling fan in the wrong room. We found that there were many communication problems between Hugh, Heidi and Kathleen resulting in weeks of delay and the need to repeat ourselves over and over. It was the "too many cooks in the kitchen" issue. RCH forced us to take legal action. We ended up prevailing in Bluffton Magistrate Court.
