Did not complete painting, tiling, or shower repair. Made all kinds of promises that they did not fulfill. Charged me with a large additional cost. Will do anything to get a deal and then overcharge and not complete the service. In writing he put that would give $500 credit and never gave that to me. They took down my brand new shades and when he replaced my windows, those shades do not fit now, and never cleaned up or put any mirrors or pictures back up afterwards. I am handicapped and he never installed a handicap rail for me or any place to place my shampoo. I spent a huge amount of money to have barely any work completed, and the problems that were there, still exist other than the painting. He has never returned to apologize or fulfill his obligation. They pressured me into giving them a check and caused me to miss a vacation with my family as I waited more than 10 days for them to come back to finish their work. Overall a huge mess. This should never happen. Now completely unable to contact them.

These guys are simply the best! My new roof looks great and they went above and beyond by inspecting and replacing ANY boards underneath that looked like they may cause a problem in the future prior to laying the new shingles. Everything was done AHEAD of schedule, unheard of on Hilton Head, and there were no surprises with the pricing; they did everything promised and more for the price quoted. Mark Hammerle, the owner, managed the entire project including permits and dealing with the HHP HOA; he is one of the few contractors I've dealt with on HI over the last 34 years that I feel I can trust implicitly. I am a Real Estate agent and I?ve recommend him to dozens of my clients with the same results; he is destined to be the best contractor in this area because he is HONEST(!), imagine that!! I'm saving up to have them come back and redo my entire interior.
