PPM is a villa rental (long term) agency on Hilton Head. don't know if this is the right catagory or not. I have rented for most my life and have never come across a more hand's on, helpful company. Their properties are all in immaculate shape and they must only take on owners that are willing to keep the villas in top shape. The 2 emergencies (both very late at night) were handled immediately. They handle most the rentals that are available at the Preserve at Indigo Run where I live (north end of the island) and across the island as well.
