The contractor, Butch Fletcher, arrived 2 hours after we first called. We were given an estimate within a week and the work began shortly after. The first bathroom to be done, the guest, was completed in a few weeks and came out beautifully. The master bath was just completed and far surpassed our expectations! This is a very professional company and Butch is both professional and personable. I highly recommend PCT Services for any renovations you may be considering.
