It was a very frustrating experience,period.
Description of Work: We received Jeb's number from a neighbor who had their entire interior repainted. The job they did looked good, so I called for an estimate on my master bedroom. Jeb didn't return my first call after 24 hours, so I called again and left another message. This time my call was returned (I was out in the yard and didn't hear the phone ring) with a message that he was in my area the next day, and could take a look. I called back immediately , leaving a message saying I would be home. So, the next day I sat at home waiting him to stop by, and when it was 2:30pm with no sight of him, I called and left a message as to when he was coming by. NO CALL BACK. So, was my job too small, or is he just unprofessional by not giving me a reason? Why did he NEVER answer his business cell phone as listed on this site? I have never had to post a bad review from an Angie's List provider, but I believe the purpose of this site is to post the good and bad real experiences.

My overall experience was very good.
Description of Work: In a recently purchased vacation home I had this vendor remove wallpaper and paint the entire house. They are trustworthy, responsible, clean, and good painters. I highly recommend them!
