Could not have been better. I had a major leak during 3 days of heavy rain... ruined walls, ceilings and floors. The insurance company would not accept the roof damage as resulting from wind damage. Monarch Roofing inspected my roof with the adjuster and got the claim approved. Saved me so much money. After that it was smooth sailing. Professional installers and great results. The best around

I am very satisfied, nice job. Really know what the're doing. Done in a timely manor. good job of debris removal, nails especially. The job foreman Chris Clay was excellent. he knows about roofs, easy going, willingly took care of any concerns. Always calm, no drama anytime. All employees I encountered were great.

It was excellent. The people that I dealt with, you could tell they were of good character. Honest. You could tell they wanted to make sure the customer was satisfied with the outcome. They have pictures of every component they had on my roof. They did work for me at a different home. They were able to document hail damage that qualified for an insurance claim. That two other companies said they would not be able to.
