The did not notify me of numerous complaints made by neighbors, the HOA or the Housing Authority regarding the tenants for the 2 year period they resided in my rental property. They allowed the tenant to COMPLETELY DESTROY the then 5/6 year old rental property. It was a lovely (and after much work and substantial expense, is again) 4 bedroom, single family home on a corner lot of a wonderful, new community. I believe they took adavantage of me because I was an absentee landlord.
