Ken disclosed a number of concerns I hadn t seen, some potentially expensive. The report was thorough with photos and clear descriptions. I wouldn t hesitate to use his service sgain.

I had an unusual need in asking Ken to review another inspector s work and to comment on the priority of the repairs. Other inspectors weren t interested. Ken was open to the idea and shared tips with me, such as reviewing previous permits online.

Very knowledgeable! We had some concerns about air quality in our home, after doing a mail order "self" test. He came out and not only tested the house, we got results back the next day. If we ever look for another property we will be calling him for a pre-sale home inspection.
