Ken Marchi saved us from buying an expensive money pit! The home was freshly painted, had new carpet, recessed lighting, new ceiling fans, new kitchen cabinets and the shingles looked great from the ground. He found what they were hiding. Leaking plumbing, the whole roof needed to be replaced, the chimney nor the added on rooms and porch were not built to code and 3 new windows were 3 inches to small for the openings they were placed in so the wall had been taking on water. Mold and mildew were definitely a problem. Thank Mr. Ken Marchi I will hire you again to look at my next dream home!

From first contact through the inspection Ken was professional, full of knowledge and explained everything. His contact with our project manager was professional but insistent that things be done to code or to reasonable safety standards if a code dod not apply. He was very thorough and I feel we will be protected if any construction issues turn up later.
