Incredibly efficient and professional.

Ken was very informative and laid it out in a way I could understand. With being out of state, he made us feel secure and confident he would get the job done! Ken was able to schedule the inspection in a timely manner. He also called right after the inspection and sent the report in a timely manner. He was very detailed and had many pictures attached. He made the process easy and smooth! Definitely would recommend.

Ken was awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with our inspection, and spent extra time after each section of the house to go over what he found, both positive and negative. This was extremely helpful and important to us as first time home buyers. Ken even spent time with us answering any and all questions we had regarding this home, as well as homes in general, and explained what we as homeowners can do to protect ourselves from future problems or possible coding issues. His inspection made me feel more comfortable with such an important purchase, and also made me feel more knowledgeable for future purchases I may make. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an inspector for their home.

Very professional and provided a detailed report for a home purchase. I was reluctant not to attend the inspection but still lived out of state so it would have been difficult. However, I had no regrets as Ken was responsive to answer questions I may have had.
