Ken was responsive and scheduled with my realtor, arrived promptly, was extremely thorough taking photos to document the inspected systems plus anything needing repairs. I appreciated the digital report he sent-- 14 pages if I remember correctly.Major systems were near the end of their functional life, and Ken documented this for heat pump, compressor and hot water heater. Reconsidered my offering price.
