He s very thorough and doesn t just tell you what you want to hear... very straight forward and knowledgeable. Sometimes the truth hurts but if he s gonna save you thousands of dollars for a mistake over looked I would say he s well worth it. I strongly believe in you pay for what ya get and he definitely saved me from a nightmare!

Do not hire this man. He was negative, reproachful, and stayed way too long in my house (He sat down at my dining room table and told me about his troubles for an hour). He ripped my front porch screen with his ladder and down-played the damage. He did not pay to fix or replace it. He took paneling down to see my AC unit, then put the panels back upside down. He did not have one positive thing to say about my house. Please, dont hire him.

This is the company you want to hire for your home inspection. Very detailed and focused on your interest not the real estate agents.

Extremely thorough

I contacted Ken on Friday aftrnoon for a inspection that needed to be dine Saturday when other inspector canceled. He was prompt, courtrous, snswered all our questions on site and had reasonable rates. Found problems we did not expect, in electrical and safety violations. I gibe his work five stars. I received his name from a realtor named Wedheworth who I found to be excrllent and highly recomend.

I found Ken to be very honest, precise and thorough with the inspection he performed on the home we are hoping to purchase. He is a very kind man and I highly recommend his company! Thanks Ken!
