Tenants in our Savannah home complained of possible mold contamination. We live on the West Coast, so connected with Ken and asked him to investigate their concerns. Ken was a WEALTH of information from the first phone call. He carefully laid out what would happen during his investigation, and spelled out the costs. He did a thorough on-site investigation and answered all of the tenants questions. Post-investigation, he continued to be available to both us and the tenants when we had questions about the independent lab results -- he went above and beyond what we expected. I highly recommend Ken to anyone experiencing any air quality concerns.
