Mr. Kelly was able to come the same day that I called. He promptly repaired the problem toilet, then checked our other plumbing. Two toilets had corroded interior mechanisms so he replaced them. Everything works fine now. He was very pleasant and very professional.

Mike went out of his way to quickley respond to fix my toilet. I put in an email request late Thursday night he called early
Friday morning and squeezed me in late Friday to repair running toilet. He was professional,and had the parts and know how to fix a Sloan Flushmate pressure assisted system.

They were very prompt in replying to me and prompt in finishing the work. They are professionals that I would not hesitate to recommend for plumbing work.

Mike came over the day I called to replace my defective thermostats on my water heater...he did it fast and efficiently and at a reasonable cost. He also did a quick fix of a broken sink handle and gave a tip about our kitchen sink faucet that will save us money in the long run. Came in, did the job fast and right and left. Great!

Mike was very good to work with! His son, Jacob, is also in the business, and both of them are exceptional and extremely professional. I would highly recommend him.

It went perfectly. We had a 40 gallon water heater but we wanted a 50 gallon one and the space we had was really small. Somehow they worked their magic and got the 50 gallon to fit in that spot. He had to do some engineering in this area to make it fit. He really did a great job of getting that water heater in. It works perfectly. He also did one thing extra that I was very impressed with. He installed the filter for the icemeaker and water heater on the same day; then he called me back a day later and said he wasn’t satisfied with the way he installed the filter and he wanted to come back and install a cut-off valve for no charge.

Mike Kelly was very nice.  He recommended a glass company for the shower and they came in for that work.  Mike’s plumbing bill was somewhere between $400 and $500, including all the fixtures and everything.  His is a father and son company.  The father came out for this work.  His son had installed a garbage disposer for us in the past.  They are very personable.  Mike talks a little too much.  He is a real talker, so am I and we get along very fine.  I thought he was very nice.  We were very satisfied with them.

He was here for about four hours, charged us $400, and did everything to our satisfaction.  He seemed proficient, he got out here in a very timely manner, he did the work that I asked him to do, and he checked to see if there was anything else that he could do.  He just loved to talk, he was very friendly, and he did good work.  He called me back within an hour or two and he was here at the time that he said he would be.
