They did not get the job right. They brought unskilled immigrants who botched up my roof. Squirrels ?? entering my home since they left and my ceiling leaks. They came to Savannah to repair my roof after the October 2024 hurricane ? the insurance adjuster said?JW Roofing repaired the wrong roof!? Why? When they came back to fix the hurricane damaged roof they tacked on some cheap shingles and drove off. They were under zero supervision, no fancy blue trucks, just 3/unskilled immigrants working in pouring down rain ?? 8/16/2025.

The whole process was amazing from start to finish. Spoke with Brandon most of the time and the amount of communication was amazing. Always responded to phone calls or emails whenever we had questions and explained even the smallest detail. High quality work on the roof itself. They came around 11 and we're completely done by 5. All cleaned up, no debris found afterwards. In terms of money/payment, JW Roofing was professional and reasonable. I would recommend this company again and again!!! Awesome blue trucks too!!!!

We had a great experience with this company. Brandon was amazing. He was here at every moment necessary. He guides us through every aspect of the process. The company did an amazing job on our roof. They kept everything neat and tidy and finished the job in one day. Brandon was constantly there making sure things were done right.

Nate came to my house to do a free inspection. He found what he thought was hail damage. He located the phone number for my insurance company, rearranged his schedule so that he could meet the adjuster and held my hand through the entire process. He continued to reach out weekly to make sure everything was on track. Once we were approved the crew came out as scheduled, even coming 2 days early to accommodate my schedule. The crew came and banged out the whole job, incIuding my garage, in 1 day. They did a very professional job and left the job site clean. Their customer service was top notch, I and canâ t recommend them enough!
