"We are very sorry your project did not go as you had foreseen but it is very unfair to post such a misleading review. First off you were well aware of the wood rot found while trying to replace the doors/window. This was presented as a change order in excess of the original contract, secondly you paid it so it is very misleading to state we charged you more then the original contract price. As far as the unfinished work that you requested it was too not in the original scope of work and it was our goal to finish the contracted work. Regarding the plywood left on the job site, It was cut to window/door size as per hurricane code and was required for final inspection. You then chose to have it removed and we did without further expense to you. The following is a quote from you sent to our project manager on 9/8/13 "I wanted to thank you for picking up the extra wood. I very much appreciate your extra effort. I very much appreciate you sticking with the door project to make sure we have perfect doors." Your comment was related not only to difficulty in installing the doors in a remodel but also the fact that there were warranty issues with to doors themselves that we took ownership in until resolved."
