General Remodeling
Terrible. Warning! Do not work with these people. At first they will make you feel as though they will be very professional and they will communicate effectively throughout the renovation/building process. They are unprofessional and do not communicate at all. The lead contractor is absent from the process and does not properly monitor the work being performed. They make mistakes and do not hold themselves accountable. Sub par quality in all areas of work, tiling, painting, front door installation, plumbing, and electrical. Even worse, they do not fix all of problems that are identified with their work. It is all promises upfront and then a much less than satisfactory execution. I would recommend that everyone steer clear of Island Builders and the owner of the company at all costs.
