It was excellent. I was living out of state and they manage my summer home. They took pictures of the temperature of my refrigerator/air conditioning system and other small details twice a week. They notified me if there were any changes at my residence. They picked me up from the airport when I arrived in town and they had my house ready for me with groceries and all. I feel that my home is being well taken care of and Homerunners is owned by a husband and wife who handle the properties. They send me a monthly report via e-mail and they also send me pictures of the inside and outside of my residence in that report. They also will prepare my home in the event of a hurricane or storm. Then after the storm, they come and photograph any damage for me to submit to my insurance. They also do home inventories that are by far the lowest price out there. They are also available 24 hours a day and they will go to the residence if you are getting any type of work done.
