Gary Sr and his crew has worked on my parents' home for many many years (at least 25) and have been professional, have done excellent work, whether maintenance on an old system or the installation and maintenance of  new ones. Gary Jr is now handling most of the work along with their wonderful crew.
Another firm installed a new system in my townhome less than ten years ago and did not install it with any forethought to the drain pan, its angle for drainage or the plywood that covers the floor of my attic. I now have mildew/mold in my bedroom ceiling which is right below where the HVAC air handler is installed. I will have to have that tended to and repaired because of the leak from the drain pain above. The drain pain eventually rusted through. Luckily, everything is dry now as it it winter time and the condensation that the drain pan catches is non-existent until summer time.
I would recommend Hilton Head Island Heating & Air and the Sauls family for any HVAC needs you may have. They were able to remove the old units (condenser outside and air handler up in the attic) and install the new unit in a few hours. Clean, professional, on time and courteous as always.

Fine, but the part was $95 wholesale. Way too much for 30 min call.

It was over seven years, and we had to exchange and install our gas, electric outlet and string, and they did an amazingly an excellent job. I would rate them highly. I would continue to use them in the future.
