Hilton Head Exterminators is deeply rooted in our local community; serving the Low Country of South Carolina since 1968. Ever since we opened our doors as the first Pest Control company on the Island, our mission has been to provide the best services possible while maintaining exceptional customer service. We are locally owned and operated and proud stewards of our local community. As we live and work in the area, our company has a long term view focused on serving our community and protecting the homes of our friends and neighbors. Hilton Head Exterminators consists of trained, certified technicians who know how to handle virtually every problem that arises when unwanted insects or other animals invade your home or yard. Problems that seem new or unsolvable are everyday opportunities to provide solutions for our experienced team. We have grown to become the largest independently owned pest control company because we have never compromised quality or service as we have worked to fulfill our mission statement. As as far as the regular pest treatments are concerned, I believe they are fairly typical. My only complaint is that the service person doesn't let me know that he is here. He just slips an invoice, which states, "Sorry I missed you today," in the door. However, this time, I was able to catch him before he left to tell him about the wasps I have recently had in my home. He offered to spray the inside, which I learned is part of my regular service and bill, but, according to him, is only needed once or twice a year. It seems to me that I shouldn't be charged for something unless the work is done, or, at the very least, offered to be done. By the way, I am still seeing live wasps in my home, so I don't think whatever he sprayed was very effective or long-lasting.

We also contracted with them for our termite treatment. They treated the entire house and as long as we maintain yearly contract (only $180) the warranty is in effect until 2028 when house will need to be treated again due to the lifespan of Termidor. They explained all treatments available excellently and we had no trouble understanding what would be done. Very professional, polite young men. Were always on time and job very professional. We believe price was very good for services provided. Very happy and would definitely would recommend them to friends.
Although home was under contract with Terminix prior to our purchase we chose to change to Hilton Head Exterminators due to their experience.

One evaluated for pest control.eg, roaches, etc. He inspected all areas of the house and the perimeter, strayed chemicals outside and dry chemicals and used both dry and wet chemicals inside. He described what he was using, suggested a maintenance schedule and explained the rationale for such.
Another agent was there for the termite evaluation, including about 30-40 minutes under the house in the crawl space.
He then came in and described the level of services available with their pricing, which was substantially below what Terminix had charged me for a smaller house in a different locale. They performed the service which took about 4-5 hours and included drilling of holes in and around the house.
