Randy is a pleasure to deal with. He was very professional, efficient and prompt.
He provided excellent communication and accommodation throughout the process. We requested that all work be completed within 3 days, due to our furniture being delivered. They easily completed the floors within the scheduled timeframe.
The workmen were extremely polite, professional, knowledgable, neat and did an excellent job. We love the floors and get compliments immediately from everyone upon entering our home.
We will definitely be hiring them to do additional work in the near future.

Randy Vigh, the owner of Hardwood Floors and More, Inc., supervised the installation from its beginning to its end. He had a job site supervisor, but Randy was there to review all the work at the critical times as well as dropping in on the job from time to time. In order to meet our time table, he brought in two crews on a Friday to accomplish the demolition (carpet removal and old hardwood floor) and to prepare the surface for installation beginning on Monday.
The crews arrived on time and went to work. The job site was always neat and orderly and the attention to detail of the installation was impressive. We installed approximately 1.200 square feet of hardwood, and the job was completed in three days. The installation was efficient and not rushed.
When selecting an engineered hardwood floor, there are a lot of dealers that carry the same product. None actually carry the inventory. Because of the lack of need to carry inventory and because the product is the same no matter who the dealer is, your chosen product becomes a commodity and price and delivery are the only considerations. If something is wrong with the product, the buyer deals with the manufacturer representative to resolve issues.
