GREENKEEPER TREE CARE INC

The owner was extremely nice. He showed me the pine beetles. He explained everything and I trusted him to do the work. He ended up using two crews. The first crew did not show up when they said they would several times. When they ending dropping one of the pine trees, they were hitting other trees and breaking off branches and broke a hardwood tree in half. I pointed this out and the worker shrugged and kept saying "It was just a d@#$% tree". He had an extremely arrogant, terrible attitude towards me. When I called the owner the worker tried to clean up what he had done. I had to stop him from doing it. The owner was extremely upset and sent him home immediately. The office staff and owner was great it was just his first crew. He sent another crew and they were better. They cleaned up extremely well and you could not tell they were here. He installed a new hardwood tree of my choice for no charge. He reprimanded the worker. They called after the job and made sure I was satisfied. I don't want the owner to be penalized by what his crew had done, he was fantastic to work with and this might have been a fluke. I would recommend him anyone to have him come and give an estimate but to request workers who will respect people and property. The grade for the owner and his professionalism would be an "A" but the second crew would be a "C" for professionalism on the first crew would be an "F".
