Since 1984, we have designed and maintained landscapes for Hilton Head's finest homes and businesses. We know southern grasses, plants and trees. We create beautiful, well designed, easily maintained lawns and gardens for our area. G.P.I. Design, Inc. employs only the most well versed, well rounded, and expressive landscape professionals. se iI attempted to get an estimate for some landscaping from GPI and they came out and talked to us and took notes. I was told they would get back to me the next day. I did not hear anything for almost 2 weeks when another employee showed up unannounced and apologized and we went over the whole thing a second time. He promised to email the estimate that night. Again a week went by where we heard nothing. He showed up again, unannounced and apologized and went over the whole thing a 3rd time and promised to get right back to us. He showed up 1 1/2 weeks later, unannounced and we told him forget it. We cancelled our lawn service as well. These guys are totally unreliable.
"We did a property clean up on this property PRIOR to the (member name removed) purchase of this property. They went with another service company for maintenance after purchase at first and called us back after supposed problems. As far as the lawn looking "awful", We repeatedly told the client that there irrigation was not up to par for their grass areas. They also did not have a good horticultural program. The shrubs were not trimmed at certain times because of the Azaleas and other shrubs blooming. We do not trim plants in bloom!! As far as us Dropping the Ball on giving proposals, I will admit to fault with no excuses. This is not how we do regular business and I do apologize."
