Tom Jackson is the owner of this company. Worse experience of all. My "agent" Paulette Gosden Tumbarello, did everything to make sure the buyer was accommodated and she did not assist me in making it a smooth transaction for me. I told her I wanted to meet the buyers and she laughed and said they left an hour before I arrived - although she assured me they would be there to meet me. Each time I asked to meet with them, she made sure that I wasn't there. That in itself is very suspicious. Also, I told her to make a counter offer and she said, "they aren't going to pay more"? How would she know that without having prior knowledge? She also met with them alone after we had scheduled appointment time and date. I trusted her completely which was a big mistake. I asked a couple of questions about the buyers, she told ME to contact them. Isn't that what she is getting paid for - to work on MY behalf? In addition, she priced my house under market value by nearly $20K and closed the deal so fast she left me homeless. I lost a substantial amount of money in this transaction with Paulette and Gateway Realty. When I questioned her about how fast things were moving, she just laughed it off and said "what's done is done". I would NEVER use this realtor again and do not recommend them. Do yourself a favor to eliminate as much financial loss and distress - find another realtor.
