We've been working with Tim Peirce and his associates over the last several months to remotely select homes of interest to us in Hilton Head. Tim has spent a good deal of time to understand our needs and help us narrow down our list. During our recent trip to Hilton Head, Tim and his colleague Bill Kelly spent several days with us househunting and starting the purchase process.
