Furniture - Sales, Lamp Repair
I telephoned to make sure the service was available, then took the lamps to the store. Left them there with vague instructions (from me) and less than a week later had them back, costing less than the original estimate and working just fine. The repair person called me once to check on details, then again to say they were ready. I am totally pleased.
