Owner had multiple projects going on at the same thus communication was minimal. Would go weeks without getting updates or knowing exactly when and what was happening. Customer service was whatever the owner deemed it needed to be. Original timelines were never met and owner never liked to be challenged why. Hot tub and pool are functional and working properly.
