Juan was very responsive and helpful determining exactly what we needed done, the right materials, and approach to the job. They could have done a better job cleaning up in the yard area used for sawing and prepping. We are also considering Caoba for future repair and remodeling work.

It went very well. The work started right on time and was finished within approximately two weeks of the target date. His work was meticulous and detail oriented, and his workers were equally skilled. Juan was very easy to work with and, although we were out-of-state, he regularly kept us informed of the progress. Whenever there was a choice or a decision to be made, he called to make us aware of all of the options. His workers were extremely polite and obliging. They never once complained about anything I asked them to do, and they were very respectful when they were in our home. In short, we could not be more pleased, and would certainly recommend Caoba Construction to anyone looking for high quality, skilled results
