BUDGET RENT A CAR

Their service was fair. My husband normally handles our rental cars. They were more expensive than I expected because I had done some research online. When I got there I had to pay a good $15 more for the day than I had expected and read online. They didn't explain to me that if I filled it up when I returned it, they would need a gas receipt confirming that I had filled it up. What really bothered me was that they wouldn't have said anything. She handed me the bill and it was for a lot more. I told her that wasn't what I contracted for and she said that was for the fill up for the gas. Had I been in a hurry and just grabbed the receipt and ran, I would have spent around $20 more. I almost felt it was a false thing to do from start to finish. They didn't say anything and just said to sign the credit card. I felt all the money things were not upfront. I probably would not use them again unless I didn’t have a choice.
