Last year a sprinkler head was damaged and water spewed for weeks onto the street. The sprinkler ran so long my yard was filled with dollar weed, which I had never had before. Requested they spray for dollar weed but was told they had already sprayed it. My yard was still filled with dollar weed. I repeatedly asked for them to spray my yard and there was no difference.  My neighbors were both able to rid their yards of their dollar weed. The sprinkler System was again broken. They attempted to fix the sprinkler system but I was told there wasn't enough water coming through it. Due to this, the grass dried out and there was a big patch that needed to be replaced. Mark, from Bruno Landscaping, put Bermuda grass in my lawn, which has St Augustine grass, and told me it doesn't really matter it is still grass. He then went on to say that I had several different grass types in my yard so it wouldn't make a difference.  

I informed the owners that I would no longer need their service on June 11, 2013 but they may want to see how the lawns are being taken care of for themselves.   My bushes were at least 3 feet too tall and were actually blocking entry to one of my service yards.  The bushes also completely surrounded a couple of my palm trees.  When the owner Gary Bruno came out he said they laid the wrong grass down and that 95 percent of my grass is St. Augustine. He told me he would come out to replace it with St Augustine grass. This has yet to be done.  I pointed out all the 10” to 12” grass growing up through the juniper, and all of the above mentioned problems.  Gary’s response was “well it is hard to find good help particularly now during the summer.”  Their sales pitch is they are a total lawn service.  You must buy all services or they will not accept you as a customer.  They did not mention that the total service was only for the months when they were not busy.  

Had a sprinkler system specialist come in and he said the Sprinkler system just needed adjusting.  It works great now.  Hired Tom Washington 336-6690 and within three weeks all bushes are trimmed and the lawn looks great.

They do extra things which is why we are so happy with them. If a big branch falls off of a tree they will carry it off for us. We have had several other lawn services before and none have done as well.

I have been using them for a few years. They provide weekly service. My experience with them has been pretty good. Their price is about average. I will continue to use them in the future.
