Javier Panzino was recommended by my handyman. I phoned and scheduled a time. Javier didnt show. He called the next day to apologize. Would i still see him? He arrived and gave me a quote. Af=greed to do the work early Friday 5th at 8am. On the Wednesday afternoon the 3rd he phoned to say he was available now if OK to come and do the job. I rushed home to meet him at my house. Also as a friend wanted some palms trimmed i agreed with Javier that as soon as he finished my house he would go over and take care of my friends work. No show and no call to apologize and reschedule Friday morning 8 am also no show. At 2pm in the afternoon i heard someone rummaging around under my house. it was Javier and his crew looking for my extension ladders. I asked what had happened that he didnt show either on the Wednesday or even Friday morning. He flatly denied he ever phoned me to make these arrangements. On the plus side they did complete the work as agreed, but I would not recommend or if i use them again only for tree pruning will do so under close supervision. All the branches were just allowed to fall without taking care of the damage they might cause Javier could not provide an invoice and wanted the check made payable to his wife. Must question if this is a legit company or insured My friend then had them go over to his house to trim his palms. Job done sort of OK, but total disregard to all the planting around the palms - they just let all the branches drop and crush his flower beds. Then they advised that their truck was full and could not remove the debris.

Javier Panzino and his crew knocked on our door because he had seen the tape around some trees that we wanted to remove. He gave us a reasonable price for removing them and proceeded to cut down the first one, a small pine tree. He left to haul away the debris and came back later with 8 men to take down the 2 large trees. They lowered the big branches to the ground, but did not lower the big sections of tree--they simply let them drop, leaving big gouges in the grass and one sprinkler head that no longer worked. They also dropped one branch on a large century plant, destroying it. They then left with the debris, but not with the trunks. They did not return the next day, nor did he return our calls. They returned the following day and removed one of the trees, but not the other. This was a Friday. On Monday they took part of the second tree. We again did not hear from him until Wednesday when he finally returned to take away the remainder of the tree. He does not do stump removal, so we are still left with the stumps. This is not a legitimate company. His email account has been cancelled. The phone number is his cell. The company is not listed in the phone book, and he asked that the check be written to him personally, not to the company name. I would not recommend this service to anyone else.
