Fine. They did what I asked them to do in a timely and quality way. I paid what they quoted.

ArborNature Tree Service were performing service for my neighbor but came on my property with out permission and cut an 18"inch tree limb, I also had an agent come out to alert this company to stop cutting the tree and they continue with out my permission. I have tried numerous times to contact this provider and no response.
Response from ArborNature Tree Service
"Dear [member name removed], I would like to apologize for any inconvenience that this incident may have caused you. However, I do not believe our company is at fault for this. I know you do not currently live in the area, so there are a couple of things I would like to clarify about this incident: 1) The tree limb that was cut was an 8 inch diameter branch, not "18 inches". The subject branch although alive, had areas of decay and was posing a hazard to the neighboring property. The branch was removed using proper pruning techniques and should have no negative impact on the health of this tree. 2) If a branch is growing over the property line, it is considered to be that person's property. Legally, our customer had every right to have this branch removed because it was growing over the property line and therefore was their own property. 3) Our customer did get permission to have this branch removed prior to having us do the tree work. She coordinated with your management company agent, Tom Richardson of Daufuskie Realty. They communicated via email and also did an in person walk through of the work to be performed. Here is a direct quote from the email correspondence between our customer and Tom Richardson your management company agent: "The owner has agreed to allow for the tree with the yellow ribbon and the [t]aller darkly shaded limb to be removed at no expense of there's. Tom Richardson" 4) No one told our tree climbers to stop cutting anything until after the subject branch had already been cut. Any claim to the contrary is completely false. 5) Our customer handled everything correctly in this matter. Please do not send your agents over to harass and yell at her at her home anymore. I do not understand your request for desired resolution. What you're asking for makes no sense to me. 1) "Since the two year time is longer than you wish to monitor...", we never talked about this, so I'm not sure why you're referring to our wishes. 2) Your palm trees have nothing to do with the subject branch that was removed. I am not sure why you would expect us to pay to have your palm trees trimmed for the next 2 years? Alternative Resolution: Drop your complaint with us, and file a complaint with your Managment Company agent, Tom Richardson of Daufuskie Realty, who authorized the tree work with our customer on your behalf."

One of the owners did the estimate, which was provided via email. The office scheduled the project to meet our schedule. The day of the project, the workers were here at the expected time, and worked for 5 or 6 hours. At he end, they meticulously cleaned up the yard, and the deck. The second day a worker came and picked up largest pieces that didn't go through the chipper. I asked this worker to do some additional trimming on one limb which he did quickly. He also took time to use a leaf blower to clean up.

Recommended by a neighbor, Arbor Nature removed several large and gnarly pine trees that were too close to the house or in poor health. Additionally several average sized trees including a large infested magnolia were taken down. They handled everything including obtaining the permits. It was fascinating to watch these guys bring down large, heavy sections of trunk with impressive precision into our heavily treed and tightly landscaped yard. The trees were cut down to a couple inches from the ground and trunk and debris were remove completely. Adam checked things over before his team left that day, then came back two days later to make sure everything was OK. I pointed out a sweet gum with a double trunk that I thought it might have been better to remove the much smaller second trunk. A half-hour later, it was gone.

We were very pleased with the service.
