Our motor was bad, and because we were having company for lunch, they were able to install a temporary one until one could be ordered. Cleaned up and was very nice.

Terrible response from the owner(?) ended up in a shouting match, which I finally ended by hanging up and calling another company who responded very quickly and correctly diagnosed and fixed the problems.

This was a bad experience with this company, we were without heat for 6 days, we will never use them again or recommend their service to anyone.

"We have serviced this customer's rental properties since 2002 without any problems. This service request was for his personal home. This system did have a burnt blower motor that you could smell. We quoted repairing but suggested replacement of entire unit due to age, condition and lack of any maintenance over the years, which we also quoted. Homeowner wanted to think about which way he wanted to go and stated he was going to get quotes from other companies. It took them 6 days to make a decision to call for us to repair."
