They were prompt and respectful of all my furniture that had to be moved to remove the carpets.
I did not ask for estimate since I had used them previously for an area rug.
They gave me an approximate time frame for each group of carpets and they were finished when they said they would be.
The carpets, pads and furniture were put back perfectly.
I cannot believe how beautiful the carpets look and feel.
I feel the price was more than reasonable considering the quality of the job and the number of rugs/carpets.
