Response from Alliance Painting
[Member Name Removed], I am sorry you felt our pricing was "WAY" over priced however, there is a difference between professional painting companies and individuals who pose as painters. As we discussed during our appointment together, you were asking Alliance Painting to come in and pick up the pieces from being abandoned by a "fly by night" painter who was attempting to paint your 2,200 square foot house by himself. He provided you with a low ball quote using low quality paint and you accepted it. If I recall, you realized that hiring a single painter to do this job was probably not the best decision and my quote was in line with other professional painting companies you had contacted previously. I am truly sorry you were left in the situation you are in and I wish I could have helped you but we, as a professional painting company, have different overhead expenses such as insurance, business licenses, vehicles, gate passes, storage and more. Furthermore, Alliance Painting prides itself with using the highest quality paints the industry has to offer. Finally, it is our goal to leave you with "as close to a new home as possible" when we are finished. In other words, we don't simply come into a clients home and paint. We take time to protect your belongings, fix all of the seam cracks, repair all the drywall, caulk all the trim cracks so when we are done, you won't be unsatisfied. Honestly, painting is only about 20% of the job, the secret is in the prep work! I am sorry that our quote was not congruent with the price point you wanted but Alliance Painting will not compromise on our quality of workmanship, even if it mean not getting the job.
