Excellent. Tree was in a precarious position, hanging over the house. They carefully cut down and removed it without any damage to the house or surrounding shrubs.

It went perfectly.  They were excellent and cleaned up after the job.  You could not ask for a better job.  The crew was polite and personable.

We had agreed on a day for them to come and when I called a day before I wasn't even on their schedule and a new date was set and I told them to call that day. Few days before the agreed date somebody called that they were outside the house and I told them it was not the day we agreed on the ground was very wet and their equipment would mess up my yard. So I was told if they could not do it that day I would have to wait for a week or so. They finally did it but it left a bitter taste in my mouth to say the least.

Arrived early morning and had all trees down by noon. Had to wait 6 days for stump grinding after several calls. They did a good job except they left some deep imprints in the yard where the trees fell.I had to do some shoveling and raking to level out the yard.

Somehow, the scheduling became a problem because I expected them in December 2013 but they did not do the work until the middle of January 2014.  They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly and I would use them again.

I contacted my plantation management for a list of qualified tree removal specialists as I had a large 36 inch pecan tree that was 15 feet from my house and that extended substantially over my house. All Care was the lowest of the 3 bids I received and what made it even better was that they honored their $100 coupon on Angie's List. They showed up within a reasonable time of my authorization with a 5 man crew and removed this 50 foot high tree over my house in one afternoon without ever touching the roof or house. They did a great job cleaning up after the job. Two weeks later my neighbor pointed out to me that 2 small limbs from my tree fell into his tree near our common property line. Two days after notifying All Care they sent personel to remove the limbs, no questions asked. I can't say enough good thing about them. Professional from beginning to end.

All Tree removed the tree as scheduled.

The workers arrived and used a robot type machine to grind down the trunk and roots of a Bradford Pear.  The job was completed efficiently, and they completely cleaned up the area and driveway next to the tree trunk area.  In cleaning up, they noted that the soil in the area that was excavated was good topsoil, and offered to move it to a planting bed for future use.  They leveled the ground where sod was to be placed and advised us on what to do to facilitate the process.

Called and Mike came at the time scheduled to provide an estimate.  He is knowledgable and made suggestions for prunning as well as looking at the trees for removal.  The estimate was detailed and the price fair for the work needed.  The 4 person crew came on the scheduled day at the scheduled time (unusual for HHI) with the proper equipment.  They worked in a coordinated way taking great care of the surrounding trees and shrubs.  Having used 3 other tree services in the past 10 years on HHI, this crew was the most professional and careful.  They cleaned up with each tree taken down so that limbs and branches did get grounded into the lawn.  When finished they did a final clean up of the lawn, driveway and street.
The next day the stump grinding happened (we were not home) and unlike with other companies the stumps were grounded, the area leveled and the pine straw repositioned so there was no noticeable signs of tree work.
We will definitely use Allcare again.

The only problem I had with All Care was getting them here. I was leaving town and wanted the service done before I left and that did not happen. My neighbor had to supervise the project. I called quiet a bit but no one got back to me and then people went on vacation. But other than that ripple, they solved the problem.

I needed to have my lot Bush Hogged and put out a few inquiries for estimates.  Mike at Allcare Tree Surgery was very responsive, pulled the necessary permits from the HOA, and was on the job in short order.  The lot looks great, the HOA is happy and so am I.  Mike was quite professional and it was a pleasure working with him.  I would definitely recommend this company.

The crew was friendly and clearly knew their business. What they left behind was nothing! They were neat and quick in performing their duty.

They do a good job. Our overall experience has been excellent. They service us every six months. They have done a good job of evaluating what several of our live oak trees needed and particularly one near the water that is a tenuous place for a live oak where there is a lot of salt in the air. They recommended fertilization about three years ago about every six months and that seems to have restored the tree to good health. Their price is average. It is acceptable. It is about $200 for several trees. We are quite happy with what they have done.

All Care Tree Services are true professionals. I highly recommend them. Have used them before to remove a tree and they did outstanding work for that call also.

Rob has an excellent crew.  They came on time, worked thru out the morning and half way into the afternoon without a break.  Throughout the whole day they were extremely careful.  At the end they cleaned up, checked we me that they did everything we agreed on, and made sure we were satisfied.  

I asked Rob about the one review that was on Angie's List.  He said he had done everything to please the gentleman but he could not convince him that his crew fertilized his trees because he did not see them do it.  I wasnt there, I cant be sure but my experience with his crew was great.  If they said they did something I would believe they did it because they didnt cut any corners on my job.   I would hire them again.
