I have used Air Repair for several repairs and maintenance issues with my A/C unit in The Moorings in Palmetto Dunes. Ken and his team are always quick to diagnose and fix the issue, and provide honest feedback about whether or not you need a new system. Each time they have been able to fix things when other larger companies have told me I needed a new unit. This kind of service means I will eventually buy my new unit from them when the time comes! My sister always uses Ken and his team at Air Repair and has similar positive experiences. There are so many companies to choose from in the Hilton Head area, and unfortunately I chose the wrong one 7 years ago when my unit was installed. I am so glad I found Ken and his team to help keep my renters cool from now on!

I was very impressed with the outstanding, professional service provided by Air Repair.  On time, knowledgeable and courteous service put my air conditioner back up and running in no time. It was 90 degrees today and I was cool and comfortable.  Thank you, Ken.  I wouldn't think of calling anyone else in the area.

My immediate concern was how long this was going to take - expecting a week or more
Ken assured me that Monday morning his people would arrive and by 3pm I would have aircon working
This being the slow country where so often repairs usually take far longer than promised I had my doubts
At 9 am sharp Monday morning two technicians arrived.
They worked quietly and non stop until at 2.45pm they presented me with the invoice to sign and pay. Job done
So exactly as promised 3pm our new aircon was working like a dream

I have lived and worked on Hilton Head Island for 26 years.  For the last 14 years, I have used Air Repair for my home as well as for the luxury motorcoach resort that I am the general manager for.  Ken has always demonstrated a level of care for his clients that I would say is “old school”.  By that I mean, instead of automatically saying you need to spend the most money to make the repair or replacement, he makes every effort to save money, delivers quality service and stands behind his workmanship.  For Ken, his customer relationships are the most important.  Whenever I have HVAC issues at my home, Ken can be reached and always properly addresses the issues.  Air Repair is a contractor that you can depend on 24/7 and will never take advantage of the situation.  Air Repair has my highest respect and recommendation.

Went just fine. We had a problem. No fuss, no delay and Ken had has running again in under 90 minutes from the time I called him out early Sunday morning.
I have used Ken in the past - last time was to check over the whole system for just $35. He has also replaced the outside unit and done work on a previous home. Always quick, efficient and very reasonable charges.
I note someone commented that they didnt use Air Repair because his van is unmarked and he doesnt work from a business Address? how stupid. The less overhead a technician or repair person has, the less they need to charge to cover the cost of offices, or facilities - to the benefit of their customers.

Showed up on time.  Two guys in an unmarked van.  Seemed to know what they were doing. Quickly got it running again, but told me I really needed a new unit.  (Correct - verified repeatedly by others later.)  Quoted me the cost of a new unit. 
After they left, I checked their address - it's a condo.  Between that and the unmarked van, I did not purchase a new unit from them.
