Last year my husband and I made the decision to turn our second home into an investment property. AIM was onsite so we chose them as our property management company. We are very pleased with our decision. Kevin and his staff show exceptional attention to their clients. Since we are new at this and live out of state, we have many questions. AIM has always taken the time to provide an answer. We signed the property management agreement last year and in only two weeks our unit was rented. This year our unit was rented as soon as it was available. We send a special thank you to Glenn Schrader who has gone above and beyond to make sure our unit is extremely well maintained. He also helped us by getting quotes and overseeing our flooring project. We look forward to another year and would highly recommend AIM.

We had to end our professional relationship because Absolute Island Management would only use one company for property repairs and adjustments.  I felt as though the company was placing its own interests ahead of mine, so I chose to part ways.

They get their people to take pictures of how jobs look before and after. They higher great trusted contractors. Is great to have when your out of state.
