All of our technicians are highly trained, OSHA cetified, carry worker's compensation & are employees. We DO NOT hire sub-contractors! Payments are due upon completion of the job by cash, check, money order, credit/debit card..sorry, no financing or payment plans available.

Not well. The conversation was more about selling me a replacement door than properly fixing the problem. The door did work when he left but the bracket used was different than the original. When I checked I found that the bracket used was for a steel door and not my wood door. It was secured to only the bottom, horizontal, piece of wood, The bracket removed and my understanding is that the replacement should have been more substantial and screwed into the horizontal piece of wood and the end vertical piece that butts into that piece.

From the first call asking for help to the installation, the service was A+. They helped me understand my problem; proposed a few alternatives; and helped me select the solution that was best for me. No effort to oversell...just an effort to make sure the solution was exactly what I needed. I was given a discount for mentioning I found them on Angie's List and that saved me over $100!! Would recommend to my family and anyone else!!

Jamie did a quick analysis and then proceeded to install new springs and rollers. He did tell us up front the cost of the process. He was personable, did his job well and quick and we were pleased that he was able to do the job that day.

I called two weeks ago to schedule for the door to be fixed before Christmas because it was to be one of my boyfriend's presents. Not only did the motor need to be replaced but there were boxes that needed to be moved in order for the work to be done. I recently broke my leg and was unable to move the boxes . Tyler came today and went above and beyond the call of the duty and moved everything so he could perform the repairs!

Called mid day on Thursday. AAA Overhead door offered to send someone out late that day, however, I had another appointment early evening and decided to postpone the work until Friday to avoid any conflicts - so same day service was offered. The regional sales manager called approx. 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time to let me know he was on the way. He showed up promptly, quickly determined what was needed and the pricing and started to work. The doors are approximately 25 years old and I was a little concerned they might not have the right parts on hand, but it was not a problem. Work took less than 1 hour, service was very professional and Jamie was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely call them again when the need arises.
