YARBROUGH TERMITE & PEST

I have been using this company, highly recommnded to me by family and friends after moving into this house in July 1998. The quality of their work is very good. However, the last pest control service is the only time I had a problem. The service man did not use enough of their spray to kill all the bugs. I had two very large roaches to appear after he left. I never had this to happen before. Usually, after ttheir work is done, I never see any bugs or roaches. The annual inspection involves a throrough survey of the outside and inside of this old house, including going under the foundation, to inspect for any termite or other bug investation. The first year they did his, Mr. Tommy Yarbrough hinself drew me a graph drawing showing everything under the house and pointed  out areas of water damage and weaknesses in the house.
to toThis is the best termite exterminating company in this area and  I highly recommend it. Just out of curiosity, I called a new company in the area, Harris Terminating, to inquire about their prices and services. They charge $700 just for the initial inspection. Their trucks and uniforms are a beautiful red color, so I can understand why they have to charge so much. Not for me.

I have been using them for over 10 years and have been very satisfied with the service and trhe price. Very puctual and the techs are very nice, polite and helpful. They use Sentricom termite stations. Having the service is comforting to know that i wont' have another surprize invasion of termites!

They went in the house, did inspection and a whole treatment. They didn't find anything. They taught us on the needs of the house. I got all that package. On punctuality, they all showed up on time.

It took them several days to get back to me with the quote. By the time I received theirs I had already decided to go with someone else. The Yarbrough price was a little better, but since the responsiveness of the other groups was so much better I figured the price difference would work out in customer service.

I think that the employees are very nice. They are thorough with the job. The quality, punctuality, and professionalism is great. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.
