It was a wonderful experience. They were early for the appointment, which was impressive. Looked over my home and starting working without any delays. The carpet was finished in approximately one hour maybe a little over. The carpets looked great, except for a room that had a couple of stains on it. They were very aware of this and knew it would take extra work on them and were immediate to say, we will let this dry and come back to work on it. The next day they came in saw it knew what was needed and did the extra little bit to get it done. Even then one of the staff members came again the next day to check on the stains. That was very comforting to know that they really care about their clients and their work.
As the job was complete for the carpet cleaning I mentioned I needed painting services and did not know anyone here as we had just moved here and purchased our home. The owner stated he was branching out in his services and had someone that could start immediately ( this was Thursday afternoon). The crew member was here on Monday and we have not regretted this decision at all. They all did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.
