Cooling on Goodman heat pump was not working. Blower was working, but air was not cold. Suspected an issue/error from a previous repair by a different HVAC company. Had seen Kentco employees working at the local movie theater, and the A/C there was nice and cold. They responded to my call within 2 hours on a weekday. Determined the issue was a wire (0 reversing wire) left unattached, (assumed to bean error by the previous repair company) and reattached it. A/C was blowing cold air immediately. left a report showing what was done, and that 66 degree air was entering the air return and 45 degree air was coming from the supply after just a few minutes. Our technician was JB. We wrote them a check on the spot. $79.95 service call/diagnostic fee, plus $30 minor wiring issue fee. They were done in under 30 minutes. Highly recommended. I will call Kento in the future for all issues related to my Heat Pump. Very professional, clean uniforms, up to date digital tools, immediate invoicing.
