+ -1 moreAt the time I also purchased insurance just in case my husband was disabled or unemployed. Well the worst did indeed happen. My husband started having unexplained seizures, which put him out of work. Up until 3 months ago, we struggled to pay the bill anyway. Then we decided it would be best to file the insurance claim. To our dismay, they told us we did not have the insurance. Funny, that a $13 charge was added each month. Needless to say, they took court actions this month. Come to find out, after finding my original contract. I did INDEED have insurance!! I had moved, so my contract was Buried of course..so took me a minute to find. Please, save yourself a heartache. Shop somewhere else. I didn't even mention the handle of the fridge broke on month 3...
