They got in and got the job done.  The workers were good. At least two trucks of guys. They were punctual. 

The service provider came out after business hours on a weekend to determine the cause of yet another, beneath-the-slab  water leak inside our home.  He was very thorough in his evaluation of the problem,but I was most impressed with his honest and pragmatic solution to reroute the inside pipes to avoid further frustration and damage.  We've had several other plumbers work in our home with previous leaks and not one has offered that solution!  He gave us an estimate quickly, completely explained what he would be doing and where, and told us when he would be able to come back to do the work. He not only arrived at the appointed day and time, but he and his assistant worked all day and into the late evening to complete the job.  The bill was very close to his estimate and very reasonable for the work they did.  In fact, it cost almost the same to reroute the pipes as it did to just fix the previous leaks.  Overall, we were extremely pleased with the provider and his assistant (both Christians) and the whole repair process.  We won't hesitate to use Plumb-Rite again and would recommend them highly.   

It was a good experience. They arrived within 20 minutes of their return phone call and the work was completed in 10 minutes. I was prepared to replace the entire faucet but it needed tightening with a special plumbers tool. Great.

Very good work. They replaced the heating elements. Took about 20 minutes.

He was honest and courteous. He is a commited christian as well as his assistent. He came sooner than the scheduled appointment, which was no problem. He worked hard and left no mess.
