Spring Valley Mobile Home Community and Apartments is a family oriented community that was built in 1971. The community has 186 lots for manufactured homes and 24 apartments. We are located close to two major highways (I-26 and I-526), close to Northwood Mall, downtown Hanahan and downtown Charleston. If protecting your investment is one of your top priorities, Spring Valley is the perfect place to call home, thanks to a friendly staff that cares about the residents and works hard to keep the community beautiful.
