We purchased a home that was supposed to have been remodeled by Songer Construction. But really is was "prettied up" and none of the work was quality or even complete. One month after living in the home, sewage water came pouring through the ceiling from the second floor into my kitchen and living room. The damage is horrible and the home warranty would not cover it. Even our home owners insurance won't cover the $2,500 plumbers bill and we have a $1,000 deductable. And after getting married last month and buying this house, we are tapped out. The entire experience has been a nightmare. Immediately after going into contract with them, they were dishonest and unprofessional. I highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere and stay clear of Songer Construction.
