I hear nothing on Monday, so I start calling their office and get a busy off the hook noise for over an hour. . Come 330pm I am able to leave a message on the answering system. I try again 20 mins later and get Amy. She says they cannot deliver for another week now. I ask to speak to a manager. Bryan gets on the phone. He is unkind and says the earliest he can deliver is next Friday. I told him I was promised the bed Monday by the driver. He said the driver doesn't make the schedule and that he won't rearrange 30 deliveries a day to accommodate me. I told him I'm pregnant and my old bed is hurting me terribly and I've already waited a month for my bed. He told me I could " send it back if I didn't like it. It's up to me " then he hung up on me. I called back to tell them to return the bed and they wouldn't answer. I eventually got the answering machine and left a message If u use these jokers who say they do a "fast delivery service". Never mind their business is only 15 mins from my house!!!!

I have used On The Go Deliveries on several occasions for personal moves (3 times), and business purposes. They are the best and I would not consider using anyone else. They also can receive shipments and hold for delivery, which I've used for a several home decorating projects. You can book them with confidence!

They responded immediately to our initial phone call for an estimate. They were recommended to us by the auction house, which deals in antiques. They are especially good with antiques as they handle everything with kid gloves, and pack everything beautifully. The owner, Brian Lovingsgood, was prompt and courteous upon his arrival and the estimate came within 24 hours. We found it to be entirely reasonable. They did the entire move (a small apartment) in two half days: first day for packing, and then returning to move everything out. They were great to work with.
