We understand the importance of communication and take great care to ensure our clients are fully informed about our processes. This includes a detailed phone interview, a written description of the service, and a follow-up itinerary, all designed to facilitate understanding and transparency. While we always encourage direct interaction during our first visit to further clarify the service and expectations, we respect your decision to not be present. We also understand that dealing with persistent pests like yard moles can be frustrating, which is why we encourage ongoing communication to adjust and reaffirm the approach as needed. Regarding your concerns expressed via email, please know our intention is never to be confrontational. Our goal is always to clarify and address any concerns our clients might have, hence the suggestion for an in-person meeting to better discuss and align on the approach and expectations. It's unfortunate we could not find common ground despite our efforts, including offering additional support and resources after our contract ended. We firmly believe in the effectiveness of our methods, which, much like diet and exercise, require time and patience.
